Our luxurious Orlando holiday villa is situated in the new and exclusive gated community of The Abbey, West Haven, which is ideally located just a few miles from all of Orlando's main attractions. It also has excellent facilities should you simply wish to relax in Florida's year round sunshine. So whether you are here for the Theme Parks, attractions, golf or relaxation, you've found one of the ideal vacation rental villa in Orlando.

We chose this particular Orlando holiday villa for its location but also for its privacy. The villa is set in a nature conservation area and backs on to orange groves (as far as the eye can see), ensuring that the rear is not overlooked, unlike many other rental villas. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only minutes from the amenities and attractions. Not all the vacation rental villas in Orlando offer this combination.

Our villa is very spacious and comprises main double bedded room with en-suite bath and walk in shower room, second double bedded room with en-suite bath/shower room, 2 twin bedded rooms (one decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme), bathroom with bath/shower, kitchen, dining area (table seats 8), breakfast bar with stools, living area, utility room, double garage, covered lanai (porch), poolside bathroom and heated, screened pool.

The rear of the villa is south facing and is not overlooked, thereby maintaining privacy.

We specifically chose to have the large covered lanai on the east of the property, thereby providing an escape from the heat of the sun if required.

Our Orlando holiday villa has its own private screened and heated pool. The steps to the pool are central, giving easy access. The pool screen is a fine mesh, which allows the sun through, but stops leaves, insects, etc from entering the pool. Access to the pool deck can be gained from the dining area, living area and master bedroom.

We have furnished the villa to a high standard and it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker and water, waste disposal, dinner service, kitchen utensils, glasses, cutlery, cable T.V. in the living area and two master bedrooms, phone, iron and ironing board, hoover, hairdryer, etc. There is a cd/radio/tape player, DVD and Video players and a wireless broadband internet connection so you can surf the net and keep up to date with your emails; don't forget your laptop!

The covered lanai is equipped with table and chairs and the pool deck with loungers.

The garage door is electrically operated and has a remote control unit.

With the two master bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms, our holiday villa is ideal for two families to share.

Each bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space. There are also numerous other cupboards throughout the villa.

This is our holiday home and we have a management company to ensure it is professionally maintained inside and out. Any problems, they are on call 24 hours a day.

All towels and bed linen are provided.

Electricity, water, utilities, cleaning, pool maintenance, gardener and free local telephone calls are included.

We have provided a selection of videos, books, games and C.D.'s for use whilst staying in the villa. There is also a folder with details of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, etc.

In accordance with Florida State Law, we comply with the requirement that every Orlando vacation rental holiday home is equipped with smoke alarms and emergency lighting.

In addition, the villa is covered by insurance and complies with all the regulations associated with short term letting. We also have alarms on all the doors leading to the pool deck.
